3. The importer should apply the permit to the TFDA through TFDA online portal

 The importer must fill the application form and submit with
other accompanied documents
 The importer submit pre-shipment sample for analysis (for non-
registrable product)
 The importer make payment through TFDA account and the
receipt is obtained from TFDA
 Permit to import food and food products is obtained
