One of the key successes for the growth of the industry is the ability of the industry to dominate the local market and find a way to penetrate into international market.  Given the current African countries' move towards African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Industries should be equipped with the skills to brand, market, sell and maintain a positive relationship with their reliable customers both locally and internationally.

This program is organized in partnership with GIZ Business Scouts for Development, it will be a THREE intensive days training that aims at imparting to the participants the practical skills on how to link and connect branding, packaging, marketing strategies and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance competitiveness and dominance over both local and international markets.

Course Contents

Þ  Draw up a clear understanding of the meaning and relationship between Branding, Packaging, marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales

Þ   Draw up a clear understanding of the difference between the branding of the product and the branding of the company.
Þ   Expose participants to the key issues to consider when making packaging decisions to attract customers, protect the brand and increase the market base.
Þ  Expose issues to consider when deciding materials to be used in packaging versus the type of products to be packaged.
Þ Going digital (Necessary skills and techniques required for online branding, marketing, sales and CRM)
Þ  Expose participants to the common mistakes made by companies when integrating Branding, Packaging, Marketing and Sales.
Þ  Expose participants to the techniques on how to link digitization with branding, packaging, marketing and sales.
