1. The Exporter make an application for phytosanitary certificate from PHS

2. The Exporter must seek for plant export permit and stamp from Ministry of Agriculture

3. The Exporter make an application for export permit and Cotton quality certificate from Tanzania Cotton Board (TCB)

4. The Exporter need to apply for the Health certificate from TFDA if requested by the importing country

3. The Exporter make an application for export permit and Cotton quality certificate from Tanzania Cotton Board (TCB)
The exporter takes a cotton sample to TCB for testing
TCB tastes the sample through the testing laboratory
If the sample qualifies, the cotton to be exported is approved
and provision of quality certificate is done
