1. The prospective exporter should apply to the Director of Animal Production and Marketing for export permit attaching import requirements from importing Country.

 The exporter submits export permit application form and other
accompanied documents to Director of Animal Production and
Marketing
 National Hides and Skins Verification committee from Ministry of
Livestock and Fisheries conduct a meeting to discuss the
application
 The documents are reviewed and if meet requirements the
export permit is issued
